Penectomy, leaving urethra intact

Hi guys

I want to have a penectomy, but do not want my uretha shortened or relocated. Just having a uretha for a dick would be a turn on.
Can it be done, if so how.

I wonder if you could suck the erectile tissue out of the penis and just leave a shell?
The penis would act like a limp noodle

Laugh, you could insert a balloon catheter with a silicone host into the bladder. At the end of the host you can adapt a cock (watercock). Silicone is flexible like a limp penis and never will harden... ROFL

Isn't this funny? A new cock instead of the old cock.

The Ladies will be amused!

Re: Penectomy, leaving uretha intact

When a person receives a penectomy (just the external penis), can he keeps the urethral opening where the cut off penis was? Why do we need a urethral reroute? I guess, peeing and the chance of a urethral infection would not be too different than if he had a full subincision, wouldn't it?

Re: Penectomy, leaving uretha intact

The only reason why we reroute the urethra is for the convenience of the person. It's just so that he can pee well, because without the penis to direct the urine it could become a bother. But in reality, only a few penectomies actually involve a urethral reroute, most just leave it where it is.

It also wouldn't be advisable to place it too near the rectum, that'd increase the chances for contracting UTI.

Re: Penectomy, leaving uretha intact

I have always wondered if it would be possible to remove the insides of the penis and replace it with a purified silicone dildo. I can't see why not, if they can put silicone rods in both cavities, why couldn't you just remove the penis and fill up the skin with silicone or a silicone dildo?
