By November, the stupid bastard files BANKRUPTCY.
Our MAN BITCH finally gets him to drop out of contention to be the one to develop the Casino in March of 2005.
Next thing that you know, our MAN BITCH will take more money from the public schools to finance the GODDAMMED thing.
