Furious wife cuts off husband's cheating part
12/11/2003 11:05:04 PM
PHILIPPINE NEWS SERVICE--Text and sex, a fatal attraction.
For being unfaithful, plumber Antonio Llanesiras, 30, all but lost his future misadventures in the hands of his scorned wife.
Browsing through the cellular phone messages of her sleeping husband, Marilou chanced upon telltale liaisons with another woman.
Unable to contain her wrath and in a fit of furious jealousy, she took a knife and cut off the offending part.
Police investigators said Llanesiras is presently being treated at the Pasay City General Hospital where doctors saw little chance in reattaching his severed member.
Marilou recalled that she browsed through the inbox of her husband’s phone while he dozed off at their house in TUP Compound, Western Bicutan around 10 a.m. Llanesiras, authorities learned, worked in the graveyard shift and only came home in the morning.
A cheating heart is one thing but a bleeding mate is another and as fickle fate would have it, Marilou brought her husband to the hospital, not forgetting to bring along the detached penis which she carefully wrapped in a piece of cloth, logged security guard Florencio Sarmiento.

Of course I'm not sure of its authenticity. You guys should read all the gossip in newspapers here about men getting their penises cut off one way or another. We filipinos naturally seem to have a strange interest in the idea of an unwanted penectomy. We even made a movie based on Lorena Bobbit when the news came out, entitled "Loreta, ang mamumutol ng kaligayahan", which literally means "Loreta, the cutter of happiness". And it was a pretty big hit, if I remember correctly. (another movie came out a year after that, with the story revolving around a very well hung man who gets penectomized in the end.)
