Here’s a case of a man who ate another man’s genitals. According to the article, the cannibal cooked and ate the genitals before killing his victim. Just thought this story would be of interest.

Yep,
It's all true. You'd think it was an urban legend, but no, that guy really is that sick. I live right in the area mentioned in the article. I was 10 years old at the time the story first broke. Made the front page of the NY Post. Man eats teenager, yuck! Back 20 years ago they did not mention that the genitals were eaten; shows you how things change.

So, this guy was giving interviews asking the public to help get him released. He said he did his time, is well now, all that crap. One more reason to get a kevlar vest for my crotch. We would not want Got2's 2 to get eaten
