Thread: Consequences of Castration

Thumbs up Re: Consequences of Castration

Thanks for the great thread. I am on a test run with chemical castration with hopes at this time of eventual surgical castration. I had thought about some of the methods of self castration but this defiantly sheds the proper light on what the outcome could possibly be. Don’t get me wrong the forum is great but sometimes it appears that it always goes well and I sometimes find it difficult to see the negatives as there is more post on the positive.
Keep up the great work and I am looking forward to continuing my education so I can make an informed decision.

I'm a social nudist, and I anguished for a long time on what others would think on seeing me with no testicles. In the end, someone convinced me that it shouldn't matter.

That conclusion turned out to be absolutely correct. Hardly anyone notices. I think a few people do, or they strongly suspect that I don't have balls, but no one says anything. It's like asking an amputee what happened to his limb(s). People seldom ask, and they don't think any less of you because you may be ballless. A couple of casual sex partners have asked. A few guys, including a few casual sex partners, have thought it was neat and have complemented me on being ballless. My partner likes my ballless crotch. I just returned from a 5-day Radical Faerie gathering where I was nude much of the time amongst 165 other men. Not a peep about balllessness from anyone.

I've had 2 rings inserted in my scrotum. Almost everyone has said they look neat. I think the piercings stop many from also observing that my scrotum is but a piece of skin.

    Anyway, best of luck.
    There are mostly comments from:
    1. Those of us who want to be rid of our balls and
    a) do nothing about it or and deal with continual frustration from that decision or
    b) do take action and deal with ongoing mental and physical consequences (positive, mixed, or negative).

    vs

There don't seem to be many/any comments from group 2:
Those who never wanted to be rid of their balls but due to disease or accident loose them and the post loss mental and physical anguish they must endure.

It would be enlightening to hear comments also from group 2, if possible. Perhaps monitor an internet cancer survivor group, men who lost their testicles to cancer??. (But make no comments........but transfer some of that info to this group)

    Re: Consequences of Castration

I read the thread on being ballless and the apparent lack of questions being raised. My inquiry is more directed to other consequences of being ballless. In my case, my PSA prostate reading has jumped dramatically since the last reading 6 months ago. I have an appointment with the Urologist on the 26th August. Now if it is cancer, the usual procedure is that anyone who can afford the operation will have the prostate removed, otherwise, like me, maybe female hormones given to combat it. Now does that work? Also what is the consequences of such treatment? And the long term effects? Dp the balls shrivel...I only have one anyway since puberty. Does the penis shrivel? Does the personality change?

Editor's Note: Please search the forums for information on this, or DO feel free to start a new thread. As this forum is moderated, a conversation on it here would not be efficient. -P.
