Can I Give Hubby Orgasms with Anal Sex?

My husband's penis has become numb to the point that he cannot get an orgasm during sex or even by masturbation. I have an artificial "strap on" penis and have heard that I may be able to give him an orgasm by stimulating his prostate with it through anal sex. Have any of the men here achieved an orgasm that way? How long did it take? Are there any tricks to get it to work?

We tried it, and he said it was not unpleasant, but he didn't get an orgasm, and I don't know whether I was doing it wrong or didn't continue long enough or whether it simply doesn't work.

I still obtain more pleasure from receiving anal sex. If you take your time and gently stretch/exercise the rectum, you shouldn't worry about incontinence.

I only once achieved an orgasm with anal stimulation. It was amazing. It took longer than masturbation. It was fascinating me to achieve an orgasm without a complete erection.

No risk of incontinence, if you "prepare" it enough and go slowly. But, as for women, I think bigger isn't better.

As Pirlouit has mentioned, it is easier to achieve an orgasm by anal stimulation if the penis is stimulated as well and this kind of orgasms can be really good 'cause, as you may know, the prostate is considered to be men's "G spot".
You should ask your husband to masturbate when you are penetrating him, maybe that way he'll be able to achieve the climax.

If the dildo is too much for your husband you can try with your fingers (one or two), you can wear latex gloves or a regular condom for hygiene and always remember to use (a water based) lube.

If you're considering an Aneros, get the larger model. The standard, or first model, is quite small and (at least for me) doesn't do much.

This "numbness" of your husbands penis could be an indication of a serious illness.

I am concerned about this neuropathy of the penis as well. In my case, I have a bit (mostly in my fingers and toes) from diabetes damage before I got a handle on it. I'm not sure whether one or the other or both are responsible for the numbness, but it appears to affect only the glans. We can still have sex, but he needs the help of a Velcro zip tie around the base of his penis to maintain an erection long enough for intercourse, and he gets no orgasm from it. He doesn't seem overly upset about the numbness, but he would like to experience an orgasm from time to time. Zip ties...that's pretty dangerous. There are things out there made explicitly for keeping him erect, pumps, cock rings, etc...Also I suggest you check out Fetlife.
