If a heterosexual man gets castrated does he still prefer women?
If a homosexual man gets castrated does he still prefer men?
If a bisexual man gets castrated will he still keep on prefering both genders?

you are confusing sexual orientation with desire. I have always been heterosexual, I still like the ladies however my interest in sex none. If I were to go on a testosterone supplement then my interest may change to active but my orientation has never changed.
You are confusing what is between the ears and between the legs.

Indeed River! Knightbird, it is important to keep in mind the difference between sexual orientation and gender identity. They are completely different and not typically connected or related.

I was thinking that if a straight guy got castrated he might become bi or even have homosexual thoughts
I'm not sure one's sexual orientation changes either, however, I do think that once I was castrated, I started to feel a more feminine desire, though this desire existed before castration. In other words, after castration I started to feel more feminine or my desire to become more female grew stronger. I think that's why I want to get rid of my penis, though my motivation to do this has even waned. It's very complicated for most of us.

Women have low or no T...man with low or no T I assume would attain some interest in men. Gay men with high T I assume have some interest in women
From what I understand gay males that persue other gay males generally have very far higher testosterone levels than what straight males have -almost double that of straight males. This is why a low testosterone male will normally steer clear from a group of gay males with their high levels of T. -Not interested in having sex. Sorry.
T=need for lot's of sex, whether heterosexual or not. That's it.
(However many times with low testosterone males, because of their lack of persuit of the opposite sex it is often assumed that they are "gay". However they usually are not. They simply do not persue is all.)
Then there is the aspect of "the third gender" (an inter-gender) which the Anglo world does not accept.

Very interesting so gay males are the most sexually active due to their over abundance of testosterone. Why are women not so into sex?
Are women like low t males?
After a couple of vodka injection shots I feel less need for sex but I did it to relieve my unmet sexual needs from women. I had a super sex drive but so what it caused me hell. Now I can focus oh what joy
I can't understand why my high sex drive made me unable to talk to women. Now with it low I can talk without a care
I would not have looked at a man or considered having sex with a man till I was chemically castrated. ( vodka injections) but after it seemed to bring out my femine side and I would consider myself Bi. as I like to look at both sexes and find them both appealing. I however would be a total bottom.
I have always been bisexual but since being on estrogen and spiro for over a year and a half (and finally castrated in february) i can definitely say it has effected my sexual preferences. I have pretty much lost the interest in women i once had and am now only interested in a strictly passive role in sex with men.
This is the main topic of an article that we recently submitted for publication. I’ll make PDF copies of it available to everyone who is interested once it’s in print. I’ll post a notice here to let everyone know when it is ready.
In the survey that was posted on the Eunuch Archive we asked three pairs of questions about sexuality that are relevant here. We asked all of those who were already castrated what sexes/genders they were attracted to six months to a year before their castration and which ones they were attracted to now. We asked about their sexual fantasies before and after and whom they had actual sexual relations with before and after.
We tallied those who answered both of each pair of questions. 306 answered about sexual attraction, 300 about fantasy, but only 293 about actual sexual relations.
About 60% answered that they had no change for each of the pairs of questions. For those who reported a change not one change was from strictly heterosexual to strictly homosexual, or vice versa. For attraction and fantasy, about as many reported a broadening to include more possibilities as reported a narrowing to fewer possibilities. Narrowing includes those who reported becoming “asexual” and being sexually attracted to no one or having no sexual fantasies after castration. For sexual relations, about three times as many reported a narrowing (including many who no longer had any actual sexual relations) as reported a broadening to include more possibilities.
As is so often repeated here on the EA – “Your mileage will vary” – though we did find some factors that contributed to change or lack of change.
Nature loves variety. Unfortunately, society hates it.
