Reasons to vote Republican

You know as the state keep voting for the electoral votes to go to the popular winner, you might have a chance. Right now they are half way to that 270 mark. Many states have one or both houses approving it waiting governors to sign it into law. BTW Oregon has passed the house, still waiting for the senate and governor.

It needs to be all or nothing. If the Blue states split up the electoral votes and the Red states award them all to the victor, only Republicans will be elected, so states like Oregon should not be encouraged to do this unless the Southern states do it, too.

I would, however, like to see it become a straight vote, where the winner is whoever gets the most votes. Lest anyone forget, Bush won in 2000 after receiving less votes than Gore did.

So far its the blue states that have approved this, but it does have bipartisan support, its good for both parties.
