It shouldn't take you long to adjust to having to sit to pee or the other required changes. I still have my penis and testicles but have sat or squatted to pee full time(no exceptions) for over 12 years. I started sitting because of frequently getting the last squirts in and on my clothes
, the difficulty of fully empting my bladder when pulling my penis out through my trousers
, and being uncomfortable standing at the urinal next to other guys
. Also, when sitting there is no need to shake your penis as you can wipe it if necessary. It only took me a couple times before I automatically went to the stall instead of first looking at the urinal.
Sex became difficult and uncomfortable for my wife when her vagina became dry and difficult to penetrate. Thus she has not wanted sex and I have not needed my penis for sex for several years. It is now just an inconvenience for me and I would like to have total removal of my penis and testicles with urethra reroute. I am certain that I would not have any difficult adjusting to the change.
I wish you happiness and satisfaction - may you find it more pleasurable and enjoyable!!
