I've been quite amazed at what some people call fraud when it is simply a misunderstanding of how the system works. *shrugs* I've had a few people declare the site a fraud without first asking for help to resolve an issue. At least not first asking us that I could see. I don't think any of them were malicious, probably just frustrated at something.

I would love nothing more than to see the title of this post changed, but I'm not the owner of the EA.

I know MBM is not a fraud site, and I'm sure most of the people who go there know it as well. I'm happy to try to sort out any problems people have there, but I would like to say again that I need them to contact me (or another site Admin) through the mechanisms provided for doing so on the MBM site. I wish to remain respectful to the Eunuch Archive by not discussing MBM technical issues here, if at all possible.

The price is about ten bucks a year. Even if you are just curious, I feel the pprice is well worth it. Some of the members of this group are members of MBM. You will be required to fillout a profile and post a photo.

I'd like to share my experience with a recent issue I had with malebodymods.com, in which my membership was accidentally canceled a few days after paying the renewal fee.

(In all fairness, I also wish to disclose that this cancellation may have occurred due to some overzealous mouse-clicking on my part).

I emailed the owner of the site about my issue, and in less than ONE HOUR he had me reinstated, and sent a very nice note explaining what happened.

Guys, I'm very impressed with the quality of service delivered from the site owner; I'm sure this is not a money-making proposition. Sure, you can't please all of the people all of the time, but I sincerely believe that an effort is made to deliver as promised.

Thank you nullo2b1964. We do try to deliver good customer service. Frankly we would like the site to be free, but storage and bandwidth has to be paid for somehow. Right now I think we're charging at a rate that is about break-even. Think of us as the non-profit organization of the male body modification world.

I think you received an example of speedy service, but we admins over there do have lives outside the site, so if someone doesn't get service that speedy, don't despair! It probably means we're at work, outside, or otherwise not at our computer, but we will get to your concerns when we see them.

One of the good things about being a pay subscription site is that it often keeps a lot of the less serious people out of it.
