    Thanks! seeking a story

there is this story i had downloaded a few years back. I lost it quite some time ago and do not know where to find it again. I thought it might be here but my search was non-productive.

The story was called "Cherries Jubiliee Mistresses' delight" or some such
it was about this group of mistresses gathered together, each taking turns castrating their slaves one by one. then they cooked each set of testicles in a different way. One used fondue, another ate them raw, and another cooked them over an open flame. The last one had the slave cook them himself, making cherries jubilee out of his testicles.

I am sure about the "cherries jubilee" and "delight" in the title, and unsure of the punctuation or spelling of" Mistresses' "
does anybody know where this story can be found? is it here and i'm just missing it or perhaps another site, or somebody has a copy saved somewhere. I'm very eager to track it down, i've been searching the net, using all of my nerdly search engine skills for a couple days now.
Any and all help is welcomed. I was thinking to myself... "who else would have a clue as to stories of this nature" so i came here. I havn't posted in a while due to college, work, and alot of crap i've had to deal with for the past few months.

Can't answer your query, Wolfie, but I'm intrigued by your Douglas Adams quote.
Which story does it come from? If it comes from a story?
My favourite is "This must be Thursday. I could never get the hang of Thursdays!"

    Or was it Tuesdays...

Apparently, that isn't the name of the story.
Nothing under "C" comes up with Cherry.
Nothing D comes up with Delight.
Nothing under J comes up with Jubilee.
    Sorry...

I remember seeing that some time ago. Either we are mistyping the name, or the story was consumed during the Great Server Hack.

it came from one of the Hitchhiker books. and i believe it was said by Zaphod.
Douglas Adams is one of my favorite authors. I love a good laugh.

The line in question came from the man himself, Arthur Dent. Said early on in Hitchhikers' Guide to the Galaxy, after finding out his house is about to be demolished, and being asked by Ford Prefect to drink some two or three pints at lunchtime. Good series.
I believe someone could organize a protest against homophones without people figuring out what the word really means.

"This must be Thursday. I could never get the hang of Thursdays!" is the quote you are reffering to. i heard a rumor he is doing yet another hitch hiker book, but it is very doubtful. i've read as much douglas adams as i can track down. know any other authors that combine comedy and sci fi as well as he does?

also... no luck on finding the story yet. I suppose it has disappeared from the internet entirely.

Assuming he is still dead, your assumption is very correct

And unfortunately he was in the process of writing another book at the time. Although I rather hope that the final version would have been significantly improved from the 'working notes' version they published after his death. Look for "The Salmon of Doubt".

lol still, the rumors persist. i've asked the source of the rumors that i heard. I had no idea he was dead so i just now looked it up. My friend still persists in telling me there is a new book on the way though. oh well..
    anyway,
anybody else up for a night of drinking, watching scary movies, and eating spaghetti? we are having a small get together. it's great. watched a whole slew of zombie movies as well as the phantasm series , and room 1408.
(took the day off of work due to gout)
