    Removal of scrotum

    Hi all.
I was de-balled in April of 2006 and while I LOVE the ball-free condition I am now looking to have my empty and prune-like scrotum removed.
Does anyone on the Archive know of any clinic/surgeon in the UK that might perform this? I want this done sooner rather than later, would prefer the UK but would consider crossing the pond if necessary.

You might try calling plastic surgeons and ask for a scrotum reduction. Since you are already castrated, they should have no objection.

I guess that if your penis is one that looks you in the eye when erect, it may need some of the extra skin to let it do so. When Dr. Alter removed my scrotum, he did what he called a ,"Z-plasti". Instead of having a straight scar, I have a Z scar. Looks like Zorro castrated me. He said that if he did a straight line, it would pull my penis down when erect. I had a kind of turkey neck thing going on under my penis at the base, like my scrotum went 1/3rd up my penis. that is the area he did the Z-plasti. From the base of my penis back, the scar is pretty straight. He also left a little extra skin there. It's not totally smooth. My erections are as they always have been, but mine has never stood up and said howdy. I really like the feel of not having a scrotum.

    Hi!

Excuse two questions from a still not cut man:

First: Erections: Do you use some replacement source of testosterone to get erections?
Second: Isn´t that the wish of the majority here to have only the penis between the legs, I personally would wish to get loose of those balls that only make men weak if kicked in the crotch?

    Greetings

    Re: Removal of scrotum

Thanks for your suggestions and comments.
Yes, when I get erect the penis does take up SOME of the slack. In my pre-eunuch state I had big low hanging balls and a large baggy scrotum. Now that this has knotted up I find the skin is far thicker than before but is still quite elastic. When erect I can easily extend a sizable flap of sac from the base of my cock.
When my penis is flaccid, my sac though small, looks as if it could still contain balls and it is THIS, together with the minor discomfort produced by the wrinkled-up bag that I would like to be rid of.
I'm interested in the experiences of others but I guess we're all different and have each physically responded to castration in our own way.
It may be an age thing with me (I'm 55).
    Thanks again.

Know me? Sink me! We were once womb-mates!

"i like having the flesh there, its like a blanky!"

lol... wtf. Nothing like a nice bit of scrotal skin to keep you warm at night. This brings to mind images of you dressed in flowery pyjamas with feet sucking your thumb and holding tightly on to your scrotum. lol... oy.

The only time I really mind that whole scrotum dealie is like after I do some kind of vigorous activity and get all sweaty it turns into a friggin' prune -- otherwise I don't notice it (which is soo nice).

    "Looks like Zorro castrated me."

Now THAT is cool. I can just imagine Zorro castrating someone, giving a haughty laugh afterwards, *swish swash slash* -- "Ha-ha!"

I am what some here call a balless man because I inject 300mg. depo-testosterone every 3 weeks. That way I can still perform as a man without having those parts that I didn't like. Also I have other issues.Probably most think it strange that I inject T as I am gender dysphoric. I won't get into that here, but if your interested you can read my thread here: http://www.eunuch.org/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=7385
I also had pain issues from infections. Since being castrated, I have had no more pain in that area.

On my request to remove together with eggs and sсrotum my doctor has responded so: it is Extremely undesirable - the big area of a wound, God forbid will be complication, will treat such wound much more difficult. I was convinced of correctness of the doctor in three days when at me from tubes pus (individual intolerance to a seam to a material) has gone. Here and happens the doctor has said, and would eat I has removed all at once instead of a small white strip between feet, there would be a big ugly scar (wound edges suffer the first).

    Re: Removal of scrotum

I had a bilateral orchiectomy performed by a surgeon in 2005 due to discomfort and a desire to be rid of them. The scrotum was left intact at the time but, because the surgery was performed through the scrotum, there was an attachment to the scar area that pulled on the groin in the inguinal canal. I had wanted the scrotum removed at the time of the initial surgery but the doc wanted to wait a while. After the "while" he changed his mind. When approached about the growth to the scar area he had no comment except "I don't know what that could be" and would do nothing about it. Additionally, the cords (stubs) attached themselves in the inguinal canal and created mild pain if anything rubbed against that area including slacks, underwear, etc. Because the doctors were not sure about the pain and whether or not it was "phantom" they were reluctant to do a "scrotal reduction." Later I was diagnosed with bilateral hernia and during the repair I asked the doctor to remove the stubs from the canal and tie them off in the abdomen which he did. That eliminated the canal pain. I was able to persuade a cosmetic surgeon to perform the scrotal reduction and remove all the sac. There is still enough skin to allow full erection without difficulty. Actually I wish he had removed more. He also did a "Z" plasty surgery as the scrotum extended about an inch and a half up the shaft. Below the base of the penis is a straight cut scar all the way to the anus. Barely discernable at this time. The Z plasty was done because the scar on the penis developed into dog-ear scar which is not unusual. To get enough skin to repair he had to do a Z plasty. I love the look and feel of having no scrotum. It does make the flacid penis hang straight down tho. The surgery was simple and a very quick recovery of a week or so. No infection, no swelling to speak of and no issues since. It feels and looks great. My wife likes it as well.

I still have soreness in that area! Does that ever go away? It's bothersome sometimes and direct pressure can be hurtful.

On how much I remember history (the Chinese eunuchs) high sensitivity in bits will not leave any more when. My wife speculates on it calling strong erection.

    Re: Removal of scrotum

I had two areas of pain after a scrotal orchiectomy. First, there was some attachment to the surgery site. Second, there was attachment of the cords in the inguinal canal. This happens in about a third of scrotal castrations. The cords do not fully retract and attach in the canal. The cords were removed with "belly button" surgery and eliminated the pain. That pain was like a lump in the groin (canal) area and would become irritated internally when bumped, rubbed, etc. When the cords were extracted and cut off to float in the abdomen, the pain disappeared. The other pain was like having a string attached to the opening where the testis were removed and tied to the entrance of the inguinal canal. Any tugging on the scrotum tightened the cord and irrated the lower canal. Removal of the scrotum with scrotal reduction surgery eliminated that pain. I still feel a mild burning sensation in the area where the scrotum was removed (internally) but very, very mild. Hardly noticable. I am so glad the scrotum is removed and the cords (stubs) completely removed to the abdominal cavity. Was difficult to get Dr.s to listen to me tho..

I wonder whether guys who are banded and cut suffer problems (tightness etc) when they get erections?
