Okay, so- maybe this hot plumber and his partner stop to make a housecall- a lonely housewife maybe. The plumber is pretty horny, so he bosses his partner into keeping a lookout, while the hot plumber and the housewife and have a quick fling. He tells her that there’s lube and condoms in his toolbox. She grabs a condom, and a nondescript squeeze bottle, applies a good amount of it to the condom, and he slips it onto his prodigious member.
Just then the husband returns, so the plumber zips up real fast, still wearing the condom. The wife decides to run out on errands, leaving just the two plumbers and the husband. The husband then decides to watch the plumbers, and oversee the repairs. The repairs are complicated and the minutes turn into hours. All the while the plumber feels a growing discomfort that he attributes to the condom drying out on his dick. It really begins to bug him, and he continually “adjusts” himself. The husband could even comment on the plumber’s nice bulge.
When they’re finally finished the two plumbers hop into their truck. The hot plumber quickly whips his dick out, hoping to relieve his discomfort- only to find his dick shrunken and withered- badly melted by the chemicals the housewife accidentally used instead of lube. The condom acted as a seal- keeping the chemicals from dripping onto his huge hairy balls. His partner thinks that’s hilarious, since with a messed up dick, he won’t get much use out of his balls.
Maybe the partner even dares the hot plumber to finish the job?

That's pretty clever! The best part is that it is completely believable. I can easily picture that actually happening. The accidental grab of the wrong tube from the toolbox is the best part. That's just where a plumber would keeps his condoms and stuff.
Try toothpaste. It kills the skin after a couple hours. It also burns like ooooooooo. In a few days the layer on top falls off. You have a pretty pink penis after your done. I've wondered what would happen if I filled a Starbucks bottle with it and stuck my penis in it for a couple days.
if you want something that will destroy it use liquid argon / nitrogen at -185 / -196°c when frozen it will destroy tisue so as it thaws it turns to mush
or for getting medieval ( ancient egyptian actualy ) try natron salts it was used in mummification because it aborbs water it would suck it dry just leaving a srivled flesh

There are some spider venoms that destroy flesh. They numb first then dissolve the flesh.
how about a paste made of hydroFLOURIC acid and lidocain powder. HFA is REALLY NASTY. uSED COMMERCIALLY TO CLEAN ALUMINUM. Name brand "Alumabright".

Had you considered a sealed catherter tube filled with a buffered acid that would eat through the catherter and then destroy the penile tissue from the inside out? The exterior of the catheter could be impregnated with a mild anesthetic that would prevent the person from knowing precisely when the corrosive action started. The end nearest the entrance to the bladder could be stoppered with an acid resistant substance that would protect the upper urethra from damage. If one wanted to go out with a flash, magnesium could be used. Once exposed to any sort of moisture it immediately reaches a very high temperature that would "grill" the penis to the point of carbonization. P.S. How does one reach the story section?

hey sounds like an interesting concept, but make it last a while, like have him use it one night and like one inch disapeears.. he has sex and like it is harder to cum. girlfriend rbs some on before bed and when he wakes up it is smaller.

to make the story interrsting pleasse add detail about the guy his penis length and what it looks like and destails of what it looks like as it is shrinking and even detail about what the guy looks like himself so we as readers can get a nice mental pictuires of what is happening
all too often stories have not content and there fore are not enjoyalbe to read
might want to incorporate some
androcour and depo provera into the dick melting cream as it will give your story an air of realism
go to archive stories and read 'toys' this is a very good short story that could have been better with some more specific detail
