I understand that it must be difficult B92 to fit this surgery into a schedule due to work committments or otherwise because you do need a little recovery time post op. I was lucky enough to be retired so I could take my time and recover gradually and do it at my own pace. Had the op in mid November 2011 and I am now back to exercising - swimming, cycling and short jogs.

i use testosterone injections every other week as i had too many side effects of stopping them quite some time ago.
