After Intergender Civil War, Victorious Women in the US Congress 
establish Young Buck Internment Camps (YBIC's) where teenaged 
inmates are imprisoned nearly naked, subject to indoctination, hard 
labor and hard punishments, including the dreaded Penis-
Guillotine.

Over and over, these sounds were repeated.   Repeated until a total 
of fifty teenage boys had each lost the head of his penis to the 
blinding flash of the swift falling blade of the Penis-Guillotine!

The tall, thick steel-reinforced oaken uprights of the Penis-
Guillotine hovered menacingly over the shaved head of each naked 
young-buck inmate forcibly hauled up to this handsome engine of 
public correction to suffer the brisk, horrible punishment dealt by 
the angled, weighted, razor-sharp blade.   So far, twenty-one 
teenaged penis-heads had dropped into the big basket beneath the 
wooden holding-stocks near the base of the imposing penis-
chopper.   Twenty-nine more strapping, brawny teenage bucks waited 
in line behind the beheading machine, each waiting his turn for the 
horrid penalty, each sporting a fine, hairy erection between his 
legs.   Each lad scheduled to be Guillotined today had been chosen 
as much for the substantial size of his manhood as for his powerful 
build.    Today’s young victims were mostly high school and college 
athletes; weight-lifters, football players and the like.   These 
boys had been chosen to go to the Penis-Guillotine today to serve 
as an example to all inmates at the Lakeland, Florida Young Buck 
Internment Camp (YBIC).   The sight of these 50 bucks, all 
handsome, well-hung and muscular, losing their dick-heads to the 
spectacular manhood-slicer, would easly cower most of the remaining 
70,000 inmates.   And, the public would enjoy it immensely!

Ever since the YBIC’s had been created in the United States by the 
Testosterone Reduction Act, Americans had been flocking in droves 
each Saturday to watch while hundreds of naked or nearly-naked 
teenage male prisoners underwent various forms of punishment and 
humiliation at Camps in eight southern states.
People from every walk of like got a charge out of watching buck-
naked young bucks screaming from Stocks and Pillories, grabbing 
ankles and being paddled on their bare rumps, tied to a Whipping 
Horse and being bull-whipped or branded on their naked buttocks, 
standing with their balls and their erect penises locked in Penis-
Stocks or hung by their heels and tarred ‘n feathered.   By far, 
though, citizens enjoyed watching the Penis-Guillotine at work.   
Whether it was beheading a young guy’s stiff penis or chopping it 
off at the base, Americans cheered, laughed and sang as the Penis-
Guillotine went about its grim work.

The Testosterone Reduction Act instructed soldiers of the old Male 
Army (who had lost the Intergender Civil War) to round up every 
able-bodied buck between the ages of 15 and 19 as of May 26, 2002 
and transport them for at least two years’ hard labor, extreme 
punishment and re-education at a YBIC.   It was felt that forced 
labor, programmed humiliation, corporal punishment and 
indoctrination would severely decrease the societal ills brought on 
by high levels of uncontrollable testosterone among the youth of 
America.   With testosterone levels reduced, it was thought, a 
bright new day of peace and cooperation would dawn for our 
society.   Such propoganda was ignored by most Americans.   They 
just craved the entertainment provided by watching those hairy 
young dicks chopped off.

Except under extreme weather conditions, inmates were allowed to 
wear only a jockstrap, athletic socks and workboots, 24 hours per 
day, 365 days per year.   As if this was not humiliation enough, 
each inmate head was shaved to the nubs, twice a week.   YBICers 
worked, ate, slept, studied, played, exersized and visited with 
family and friends dressed in only boots and a jockstrap.   That 
was the law.
Eventually, most inmates grew accustomed to having a bare rump all 
of the time to the point it didn’t matter.   And, as most young men 
prefer to go bare-chested whenever they can, the Internment Camp 
uniform became accepted by the teenagers forced to strip down to it 
for at least two years.   Since rump-whippings and paddlings were 
an everyday occurance, YBIC administrators and guards liked the 
jockstrap uniform because it gave them quick access to a resistant 
or rebellious inmate’s bare buttocks.   Teenage rumps could be 
strapped, paddled, whipped or caned at a moment’s notice….having 
inmates with bare butts pleased the cruel guards greatly, as did 
the immodesty of having the boys’ peckers and balls hanging in the 
little basket of the jock.   Bare butt whippings brought on forced 
erections, and an erect penis is impossible to hide if a boy is 
wearing just a jockstrap.   The humiliation of having his erections 
so obvious stunted the growth of natural male arrogance in many a 
teenage inmate.

What humiliated and angered newly-processed inmates was their head-
shavings.   While shaved heads had been popular only about two 
summers ago, they were out of fashion now, thanks to the 
establishment of YBIC’s.   Once a sign of masculine arrogance and 
pride, a shaved head is now a mark of shame and imprisonment.   No 
young man who looked as old as 15 or as young as 19 now wanted to 
be seen sporting a shaved head in public.   Being hauled into a 
police station, mistaken for a YBIC escapee, was a very unpleasant 
experience.   

But, nothing matches the humiliation and terror of being sent to 
the Penis-Guillotine.   Even when it is only the head, for a young 
buck to suffer the slice of the blade here is to be taught a rough 
and unyielding lesson:  the Women were
victorious, the Penis will suffer!

Non-americans may not know what all went on in the U.S. during the 
Intergender Civil War and the Revolution that followed.   As soon 
as the women were victorious, chopping blocks were set up in town 
squares and public parks around the nation….all with the intent of 
putting teenage penises on the wood and snipping them off with a 
hatchet.   Genryc Army indoctrination propoganda emphasized over 
and over that the freedom that a teenage boy had in using his penis 
was the start of trouble for the femal of the species.   Most 
teenage girls’ sexual experiances, or “seductions” as males liked 
to call them, were really rapes according to the leading Women 
intellectuals of the day.   Teenage bucks and young men had to be 
severely and publicly punished for that behavior if the Revolution 
was to succeed.   So, following Women’s Independence Day, thousands 
of teenage lads, some as young as 15, were arrested, stripped buck-
naked, paddled and branded on their rumps (to produce erections), 
wrestled to their knees and “Depenissed” at the chopping block 
without trial.   Thousands of men in their twenties followed their 
teenaged brothers and lost their hairy dicks to the swinging 
hatchets of the Revolution’s Reign of Terror.   Chopped off of 
their owners’ crotches, the cut-off penises stayed erect and were 
soon displayed in hundreds of towns and cities, stuck on iron 
spikes.   Female-led local governments competed with one another 
too see how many penises they could chop off in one day, while 
others vied for cutting off the biggest and youngest pricks.   
While hairy young penises were coming off at the base on hundreds 
of bloody chopping blocks throughout America, a new, all-female 
Congress voted The Testosterone Reduction Act into law, creating 
the YBIC’s and ordering all teenage bucks to await transport to the 
Internment centers.   If young pricks were to be cut off, it would 
be done systematically, with Revolutionary re-education of 
both depenissed and whole boys a top priority of the Propoganda 
Ministry.

With YBIC’s only a month old, public support for these institutions 
of correction and indoctrination had to be drummed up.   While 
guarded and frequently punished by privates, corporals and 
sargeants from the former Male Army, these young inmates had, for 
the first four weeks, taken their punishment in private.   New 
Decree #401 changed all that.   Now, inmates answered a weekly 
summons & Punishment Call at the Penalty Scaffold each Saturday, 
where a buck’s 
demerit records could be tallied and corrections dispensed at the 
guards’ pleasure.   Prisoners were ordered to report either clad in 
the Camp jockstrap uniform or simply buck-naked (for the more 
severe punishments).   Today’s multiple penis-beheadings scored big 
with the public, and citizen support for YBIC’s grew as a result.

At Punishment Call, a teenage buck guilty of laggardliness, failure 
to report at work details, slovenliness, tardiness, etc., was 
usually paddled on his bare rump more than 10 whacks and made to 
serve an hour or two with his head, wrists and ankles thrust 
through the Stocks.   Counter-Revolutionary thoughts or actions 
called for naked corporal punishment, with the guilty young buck 
could expect to feel rawhide on his rump as he stood in the 
Pillory.   If an anti-Revolutionary buck had an erection while 
having his butt whipped, this would be punished by “Hanging the 
Penis,” which involved putting the offending penis-head into a 
small noose to which was tied a five- or eight-pound weight!   
These rebels also received the rath of the public, who was allowed 
to hurtle rocks, mudballs, and dirt-clods at the teenage boy’s 
pilloried head and hung penis as he screamed out impotent 
protests.   Children in the public crowds were encouraged to whip 
the bare rump of a Counter-Revolutionary teenagers after he’d been 
professionally whipped by one of the young male guards.   Such 
public punishments were always followed by red-hot branding irons 
to the boy’s bruised buttocks or an old-fashioned Tarring and 
Feathering, complete with riding the “bird-boy” around the YBIC 
grounds as he straddled a nice, thick wooden rail beneath his 
crotch.   

Branding teenaged rumps with cattle-sized brands or tarring and 
feathering an inmate of maybe 16 or 17 years of age had definite, 
positive effects for the authorities.   Rebel young bucks were 
turned into vociferous revolutionaries, who loudly approved of the 
work of the YBIC administrations, admitted the long-term usefulness 
of the Penis-Guillotine and most saying that they’d gladly march to 
the penis-chopper themselves and lay down their manhood for their 
nation if they ever had an anti-Revolutionary thought again.

Today’s penis-beheadings were not for purposes of re-educating 
individuals bucks, though.   The YBIC administration had no idea 
what thoughts went on inside the shaved heads of the powerfully-
built inmates that their lackies were wrestling up to the holding-
stocks of the Guillotine today.   Today was all  spectacle as the 
stocky, buck-naked young men, one by one, kicked and fought and 
screamed protests as they were brought up to the blade of justice 
and had their stiff young cocks decapitated.   It was done to shock 
the other inmates, all standing at attention, wearing the YBIC 
uniform of jock and boots, watching the strapping, handsome and 
hung young strongmen losing part of their precious manhood.

The Women in control of the YBIC had developed strategies to make 
the penis-beheadings as dramatic and splendid as possible.   
Engorged, erect pricks were
required to feed Madamoiselle Guillotine so she could claim the 
young, greasy heads with her knife.   So, fifty prisoners with 
condemned penis-heads were first
pilloried and whacked on the bare buttocks with a fraternity 
paddle, well bored with pain-holes.   This gave the pilloried young 
man a good start on a straight-up erection.   Next, the buck’s bare 
buttocks were branded with a four-inch-high red-hot iron formed 
into a “WV” which was the Revolutionary logo for “Women 
Victorious.”   Branding the youngster’s buttocks gave the boy a 
very tight and persistant erection.   For good measure, a one-inch 
wide, 10-inch long dowel rod was then shoved up the teenager’s rump 
and manipulated by the Female Guards 
assisting the bare-chested young headsman named Jay Thompson.   A 
twist and
a turn at the right time kept the buck-naked prisoner’s erect penis 
taut and fresh, right up to the point where it lost its young head.

So, buck-naked and bald-headed, a prisoner was brought forward to 
the pillory.   The sturdy oak pillory is positioned right next to 
the Penis-Guillotine. The teenage boy’s head and hands are locked 
fast into the holes in the wooden boards, his big bare rump is 
pointed toward the crowd of perhaps 3500 citizens who have poured 
into the Lakeland YBIC to observe and cheer the punishments.   As 
the pilloried boy awaits his paddling, his predecessor is wrestled, 
kicking and screaming, by the Female guards to the rear of the 
Penis-Guillotine.   The leather-clad, powerful guards grapple and 
fight with the struggling, stark-naked teenager as the audience 
laughs uproariously at the boy’s anger, terror and furious 
protests.   They also laugh heartily at the ridiculous sight of the 
teenager’s engorged penis as it bobs and swings about in a comical 
display of its bulk and rigidity.

With a bent-over, buck-naked prisoner in the Head-Stocks on the 
left side of the Punishment Scaffold and a struggling, erect naked 
prisoner on the right, the citizens enjoy themselves grandly.   
Public punishment is public entertainment.   Finally, the 
struggling, well-hung 17-year-old x-high-school quarterback is 
wrestled into position and the wide head of his 9 ¼ inch penis 
emerges through the hole bored into the Penis-Guillotine’s 
stocks.   The teenaged victim’s burly,
bare chest heaves up and down as the boy hyperventilates….his penis 
is in the Guillotine!



People in the crowd, including many YBIC inmates, start to shout 
out demands to see the youngster’s manly shaft beheaded.


“OFF with his HEAD!   OFF with his HEAD!   OFF with his GREASY, 
YOUNG PENIS HEAD!!”

“BE-HEAD th’ BOY!   BE-HEAD him!   BE-HEAD that HAIRY PENIS!”

“OFF with its HEAD!   OFF with its HEAD!    CHOP OFF th’ TEENAGER’S 
BIG PENIS HEAD!”

“TO th’ GUILLOTINE with his HAIRY PENIS!   OFF with its HEAD!”

“OFF with your HEAD, BOY!   TO th’ GUILLOTINE with your HAIRY 
PENIS, YOUNG BUCK!   OFF with your BIG, GREASY PENIS-HEAD!”

“MARCH to th’ beautiful PENIS-GUILLOTINE, young MAN!   It’s time to
BEEEE-HEAD your big, ugly PENIS!”



Others sang the popular Revolutionary song:

The shaved-head, buck-naked teenage boy with his thick, handsome 
penis-head stuck though “The Chopper” didn’t like it at all.   His 
bald head grew red as he screamed, “NO!  NOOOOOO!   My PENIS!   MY 
PE-NIS!  My BIG, YOUNG PENIS!  Don’t BEHEAD my PENIS!   I’m justa 
YOUNG BUCK!   I’m only SEVENTEEN!   Don’t CHOP OFF my PENIS-HEAD!!  
NO!   NOOOOO-aHOOOO-HOOOO-HOOOOOO!!   My PE-NIS!   My YOUNG PE-
NIS!   MY
BIG, HAIRY PE-NIS!!   NOOOO!   NOOOOOOO!”

The head Female guard nodded and the cocky, bare-chested, 19-year-
old Headsman yanked the cord on the mechanism of the Penis-
Guillotine, releasing
the heavy, finely-honed blade from eight feet above the bound 
victim’s head.
The young prisoner, his eyes on the blade and it’s release, shouted 
out one last,  bumbling protest as he saw the jaws free the knife, 
then dropped his head swiftly as the blade dropped, snipping the 
big head off of his hairy teenage penis!

The naked victim screamed blooooody murder!  The teenage boy’s 
thick penis-head flew off of his manly shaft as the blade lopped it 
off!   The young head dropped into the basket, joining twenty-one 
others!   The weighted blade came to a loud, clanking, abrupt halt 
at the base of the Penis-Guillotine as it’s iron cladding hit its 
brake!   Citizens and inmates watching below cheered!   A 
mighty “HURRRRAAAAAAAH!”

All the beheaded boy of 17 could do WAS cry, “MY PENIS-HEAD!   MY 
PENIS-HEAD!   You BE-HEADED my HAIRY PENIS!   I’m BEHEADED!   I’m 
BE-HEADED!   BE-HEADED!   BE-HEADED!   MY PENIS IS BE-HEADED!!  I’m 
only SEVEN-TEEEEN an’ MY HAIRY PENIS got BE-HEADED!   I don’t have 
a PENIS-HEAD!   They GUILLOTINED ME!   They CHOPPED th’ HEAD OFF my
PENIS!!   I’m SEVENTEEN!  an’ BE-HEADED!!   MY HAIRY PENIS 
BEHEADED!   I’m BE-HEADED!!    BE-HEADED”
