Chapter Two

Nurse Glen had been noticing Mr Haslet a swimming coach had been getting erections while coaching the beginning swim students when female teachers were present. Mr Haslet had also been purposely displaying to the female teachers the boys doing their exercises and encouraging the boys to become erect for the female teachers by comparing the length of the boys penises in the group of fifty to see who was the longest. Mr Haslet ignored all of Dr Anderson’s requests and was becoming a behavior problem. When asked if he liked his job, he indicated he enjoyed it and wanted to stay. Dr Anderson, also indicated that the boys were starting to have erection contests for female teachers and nurses in the dormitory, That he had started a school trend that could get out of hand. Dr Anderson, Dr Major and Nurse Glen were really enjoying the mayhem that Haslet was causing, but if more than one of the staff became disgruntled and made a report it could be the undoing of the school.

Dr Anderson arranged a conference with Haslet; Dr Major and Nurse Glen attended. Dr Anderson indicated she would not dismiss Haslet if he submitted to join a secret community and discretely made a comprehensive list of the boys who truly enjoyed exposing themselves to women. Haslet agreed quickly and with enthusiasm. Additionally Dr Anderson requested that he has no more erection contestants around the pool and that he wears his foreskin back when coaching the swim team and tries and not be erect or he would have to wear a swim suit. Dr Anderson told Haslet that he could do his contests and other such activities as part of a secret community. Haslet again agreed. The Drs agreed that Haslet probably could not have full entrance into the community, if he was unwilling to be circumcised, how would he react to the “operation”.

Mr Haslet started interviewing all of nurses about the boys who liked to expose them selves and the nurses seemed to have a large list. It seemed it was almost the entire student body of boys who were engaged in the contest in one way or another, well over eight hundred boys. None of the coaching male staff or the males on the security staff seemed to know about the contests in the dormitories other than Haslet’s indiscretion around the pool for about half a week. Haslet met with Dr Anderson and gave her the list of boys. Dr Anderson told Haslet that she would organize an activity were the boys could express there need to show their penises to women in an erect form.

Dr Major discussed the whole problem with Dr Anderson and thought the nurses already had access to their fun with the boys, because they supervised their living quarters and saw them showering and gave them physical examinations regularly. However, the teachers that belonged to the community thought they would be interested in a secret activity that exploited this male weakness and enjoyed seeing the erections more often than just a rare one in the swimming meets and during the occasional “operation” ritual. The nurses wanted to also see them in a more voluntary sexual ritual other than care giving; the swim meets the compulsory circumcision at the boys’ entrance to the school and the occasional “operation” ritual. Most of the female teachers were discussing how they missed Haslets performance with the boys and wished they would come back. Two of the male coaches didn’t complain about Haslet’s activities and were flirting with some of the teachers in discussion about the boys. The senior teachers, all who were community members were asked to discretely try and recruit more if not all of the female teaching staff into the community and Haslet was asked to discretely recrut the two coaches who were talking about the contest activity, into the community. The entire female teaching staff and the two coaches joined on a limited access to the rituals.

Drs Anderson and Major decided to hold a physical conditioning classes in shifts around the basement of the main building during the evenings. Groups of one hundred. Haslet and the other coaches lead the exercise group for the women to see. The women were pleased with the activity seeing all of the boys’ erect penises and testicles bounce around as Haslet and the other coaches were.

After a couple of weeks of festivities Dr Major convinced Haslet to let them ritualistically circumcise his penis in front of the secret community. Dr Major had identified eight boys who needed the “operation” for the ceremony. At the ceremony around a hundred women were present in robes and the two coaches in the nude.
