Victim 2 
 
It's not important how he got there or where she found him.  
What was important was that she had him in her power and she  
knew it was time again to feel the pleasure she had felt with  
her first victim. 
 
He was tied to the same X only this time it was in a horizontal  
position like a table. This way she could walk up between his  
legs and have easy access to his manhood.  
 
She placed a vibrating cock ring on him and turned it on. In a  
short time he was as hard as a rock. From the ceiling she  
pulled down a clear plastic cylinder with a hose running from  
the tip to a canister on the floor. It was a milkier used for  
milking cows but she was going to milk something else. She  
placed the milkier over his penis and turned it on. The  
powerful suction stretched his penis in all directions until  
it had grown in size to the point of filling the cylinder. She  
knew he was close to coming and she watched as his body jerked

bulb like on a blood pressure cuff. With this she started to

to his belly so that only his balls hung free. She decided to  
use the vice on them. With the vice in position under his balls  
she opened the jaws and placed his balls between them. With the  
flip of a switch the jaws began to close. You see this vice was  
electric and also had a meter so she could tell how many pounds  
of pressure were being applied to the balls. She sat down to watch  
and play with herself. She got closer and closer to coming as  
the pressure went up. 10, 20,30, 40, closer, 50, 60, 70, 80,  
90, she was almost there 100, 110, 120, she couldn't stand it  
any more 130, 140, 150, there was the sound like a pop, the
