Uniform Circumcision Act of 2008

All genitals of young people are to be removed in the 
new world order.

President Elizabeth Dole signed the Uniform Circumcision Act into
law today, briefly described as:

All males 18 and younger shall be circumcised with the "New 
Technique" described as cutting around and through the redundent 
tissue called the "penis" leaving a "urination location" no more 
than 1/4" in lenght.

All females 18 and younger shall be circumcised with the "New 
Female Technique" , which is described as removal of the clitoris
at its base.

These methods are needed, said President Dole, to keep the 
population size in check in times of dire enviornmental need, and 
to keep our young people on the path to righteous-ness.

Only minor protests were heard from adults, as the first batch of 
teenagers from the Capitol Area were sent to the health centers for 
the procedure. 

Disney Corp is said to be studying theme parks based on the health 
processing center.
