Next time Toni saw Jason she told him that unless he had a vasectomy, she would tell her father and he would take care of Jason. Toni's father was a big man and was known for being a hard fighter so the threat was very real. Jason reluctantly agreed and they went and saw Jeff. Jason was assured that the vasectomy could be reversed in the future if he decided to have children at some stage, so he agreed to let Jeff perform as vasectomy on him.

Toni got up on the operating table and Jeff proceeded to clip his pubic hair short, and then commenced to shave the whole groin and the ball sack. Once this was done, he cleaned the whole area with alcohol, and injected pain killer into each side of Jason's sack. Jeff then made a small slit in Jason’s sack, just enough to be able to withdraw the vas, as usually done for a vasectomy. However, rather than pulling out just enough of the vas to be able to tie it off and cut it, Jeff pulled out as much of the vas as he could. Jason’s nuts were low hangers so Jeff managed to pull almost 3" of vas out from his left nut. He could have pulled more, but it started causing Jason pain so he stopped at that point. He removed all 3" of vas from the left nut and almost the same amount from the right vas. This meant that with so little vas left, it would be impossible to reverse the vasectomy and Jason would not be able to father any more kids. Unknown to Jason, Jeff took revenge for Toni under instructions from her father, who knew about Toni's pregnancy and subsequent termination. Jason paid a high price for his carelessness, but would not find out he was permanently sterilized for many years afterwards.
