Several years ago a group of feminist leaders, with money available to them from multiple feminist groups & big contributors, created the idea of a tamed or civilized penis. The terms are used interchangeably. They defined a tamed penis as one that cannot erect or penetrate another person, & thus is civilized.

The means they developed for taming the penis are crude but effective : the penis is simply hit, continuously, for 8 hours with a strong wooden stick the dimensions of a musician's drumstick.This completely destroys the delicate & complex organic mechanisms inside the penis that normally allow the penis to engorge with blood and become & stay erect. After taming, drugs like Viagra have no effect, because the internal structures of the penis have been destroyed- though the word "destroyed" is never, ever used in the context of penis taming.

A man who wishes to have his penis civilized first has a thorough physical exam & signs a release, then makes his appointment for the process. When he arrives he removes his pants & underpants & is given strong painkillers so that he will feel nothing. He then can read, doze, listen to music on headphones, or watch movie dvds on a large screen. Meanwhile the therapist begins to strike his penis. She has been trained to apply a precisely calibrated amount of force with each stroke, & a uniform number of strokes per minute. Everything has been standardized. She faces a 2-hour clock on the wall to guide her. At the end of 2 hours she's relieved by the next therapist, between one stroke & the next.

At the end of the process the man's penis is completely shrivelled & is gray or black. He is reassured that he will not lose his penis, that no penis has ever been lost in this process. He's given powerful pain killers for the next several days & warned he must take them, or the pain will be severe & urination unbearable.When normal color returns to his penis, he can stop taking the pills. He will then have a penis that is permanently 1-1.5 inches long & permanently soft, of which he can be very proud. Finally, he's reminded that he will indeed still be able to orgasm, since he still has his balls & produces testosterone. Masturbation, either against a bed while giving oral sex to a partner or by playing with himself with his hands will of course be more difficult & take longer, but he will still orgasm eventually. This has always been a very important selling point & inducement for penis taming. By becoming civilized, a man loses the ability to use his penis as a weapon through erection, & to penetrate another person, which is always wrong; but he's not deprived of orgasms & can father children by donating sperm to his wife who is then artificially inseminated- the ideal form of procreation anyway.

The first few penis-taming centers were built in the most liberal cities- New York, Boston & San Francisco. The first clients were very submissive, masochistic men who were not the feminsts' main targets. A strange thing happened with these earliest cases : they were so proud of their tiny, soft penises that they felt compelled to display them in public, to show them to everyone. Of course they were arrested for indecent exposure. But as small but gradually increasing numbers of mainstream men underwent the process, they too became surprisingly proud of their new tamed penises & felt this compulsion to display. Laws against public nudity have had to be abolished in several states as tamed men began to go naked,climate permitting, some or even all of the time.Today, a look at any busy downtown street will show clothed women, but 1/4-1/3 of all men going naked.

Indeed, one pro-penis taming study predicts that schools will eventually start removing urinals from boys' rooms & replacing them with more toilet bowls,since boys will insist on sitting to urinate so they can be more like girls."Another small step toward a better world", the study concludes.

Rich & powerful liberal foundations have now joined feminists in pushing penis-taming, & tv advertising for it is now appearing, nationwide. All costs & fees to men have been dropped, the process is now absolutely free. The civilized penis can only become more & more widespread.

Throughout history men have dominated sexually, & in every other way because of this. The potent, erectable penis has been the moving cause, in the final analysis, behind the world as we've known it.
