The Reformed Public School System The year is 2340, years after a massive depopulation, the population of the world declined to less than 50 million people. I am the Principal of the L'école des frères in what was Quebec, is now Centre des personnes francophones nationales. We live in a tropical climate now after the planet shifted its axis many years ago. This is an instruction manual and historical archive of how the school was run. Because of the massive world problems that swept through the Earth during the last few years, we have an extreme policy on breeding. This is because the population on Earth swelled to well over 100 billion people by the year 2130. The heat killing 1 billion people a year, and the population was still growing. Our colonies on Mars were just starting at the time. Luckily nature did not like the situation. A sequence of virii, wars, and economic disaster swept through the planet over the next 75 years. The boys school that I run is very important to the future of our society. Boys enter the school at the age of 8. The school literally takes delivery of the boys for their 5 years of intense education. Their parents will not see them for at least that long. Their parents bring their boy(s) to the administration office. The more affluent parents tend to bring their children here dressed in their presentation clothing, and normal parents will bring them in the standard outfit. After taking registration details, the children are then stripped of their clothing and a tight collar is placed around their neck. This collar is critical to the program we run. It provides constant location information, and can be used for discipline procedures. It has no more, and no less than 1cm slack around their neck, so it is impossible for them to remove it. It has a thickness of about 1cm, and height of about 4cm. Throughout their growth this collar will be bigger and bigger. Such that at the end of their schooling with us, it will be 3cm thick and a height of 8cm. An accessory on their collar includes a retractable cord, used to keep the boy in one place or in line with others. After their collar is in place they are shaved of all the hair on their head, because we desire everybody to look the same. The most important part of our activities is choosing who will be allowed to breed. It is guaranteed that every boy will get a chance to impregnate a girl of maturing age. It is just not guaranteed that they will be able to do it more than that. To ensure that they do not spill their seed and to provide partial covering each boy has his genitals locked up in a special chastity device. The base of the penis is first surrounded by a base that goes behind the testicles. The penis then has a sheath placed over it with a mild adhesive. It is then secured pointing up. A cap is then placed ontop of the penis that connects to a small hole on the sheath. This cap is then secured directly around the penis and testicles enclosing them. Screws are then screwed in with break heads on them, to secure it forever, until removed. On the 12th birthday of a boy, they are taken out of class for a special session to determine their future viability. If their school grade is greater than 80% then they have a 50% chance of keeping their goods. If their grade is less, they have less than 30%. The other factor is if they are of good genes. To prepare them, the cap and sheath are removed. An incision is made to the penis just behind the testicles to collect a sample of sperm as it will ejaculate. A wire is then placed around his testicles. A girl of 12 is brought in, and stands against a board on the wall, and is lowered slightly. The boy is then tied hands to the back of the board and feet are put in place. So the boy will just be able to move up and down into the girl. The boy then is inserted into the girl and starts on his manoeuvre. Within a minute he starts to ejaculate and the sample is also collected. An analysis of the sperm is then completed. The boy is instructed to restart his motions. Just as the boy ejaculates his testicles start to heat up. The wire is blazing hot, and his testicles fall off just as he gets the pleasure of ejaculating for the second and last time in his life. He is then sealed back up, and then returned to class.
