Penectomy in Arabic Country

I was working as an electrical engineer in an arabic country two years ago. I am 26 years old and now back in Germany. During my stay in that country I was looking for some relief of my sexual desires. I met a young girl in the hotel's bar. She came to my room after some classes of wine (which was available there for foreigners). I was so hungry for sex and she seemed to enjoy it too. So we had a fantastic night together. However 2 days later the sharia police contacted me. I had to come to the police station. There I was accused of raping a girl in my hotel room. The lady of that night was also present. She accused me of having had sex with her (against her will).

I tried to explain to the policeman that nothing had happened that night and that we had only some drinks together. But without a real trial I was convicted of rape. All my explanation where in vein. The judge ruled that I had to be penectomized according to the law. The part of my body that was responsible for the "crime" had to be removed. As I was a foreigner I was lucky. The modification of my body has been done in a hospital by a surgeon and not by some layman. Under custody of the police I had to go to a hospital some days later. There was a doctor who had got his education in the US. Under full anaestetic they removed the outer part of my penis exept a small stump of 2 cm length (errect) during a 2 hour surgery. I should never penetrate a woman again after that operation.

When I woke up after the surgery there was some pain downstairs like hundreds of needles stiching into my dick. For about one week I had to pee thru a catheter. I was shocked when I first saw what was remaining of my once nice penis. When the bandage was changed first time found that the glans and most of the shaft had been removed. There was almost no more errectile tissue only a short stump with a catheter. I was dismissed from the hospital and also the country after 10days. The wound had healed almost completely and the catheter had been removed by the nurse.

Back in Germany I contacted an urologist immediately to find some help. However he he found that from the medical point of view his collegue did a good job. No additional surgery was necessary and no improvement of my condition was possible.

Nowadays I can no longer pee standing. I have to sit down and squat for peeing. It is very difficult for me to get sexual relief. Women are laughing when they see my small stump penis. Practically I cannot penetrate a vagina. Sex with a woman is more like pressing clit against clit. It is almost impossible for me to ejaculate. Important nerves of my penis have been destroyed. Sex life for me has changed dramatically. I am no longer the macho who screws a girl. Sometimes my penis stump is almost invisible. Nevertheless I have the strong urge for sexual relieve.
