Ladies please find your seats. We would like to start the meeting. There is a shuffling of chairs as the ladies of LA FEMME find their seats. The speaker, a woman in her late 40's bangs her gavel on the podium to call the ladies to attention. Let this meeting of "Ladies Advocating Forced Enslavement, &, Mandatory Male Emasculation", begin she said. Please rise, for the statement of our beliefs, she said. The ladies rose from their seats. They raised their arms. In one hand they each held a whip, in the other hand they each held her favorite castration, or penectomy implement. Ladies, the speaker, said, you all know we have a full agenda for tonight’s meeting. First we will have the minutes of the last meeting read, and approved. Then we have committee reports to hear. Then if there is no old, or new business we will have a talk, and demonstration by Mistress Alice. She will tell us about the delicious joys of penectomy. Then there will be a short break to reset the stage. During the break refreshments will be served. After the break we will have the great pleasure of initiating five young ladies into LA FEMME. They are the daughters of Mistresses who are members, and tonight they will become members themselves. (As if it was necessary for any of the ladies to be introduced to the young ladies. The ladies of LA FEMME know each other, and each other’s daughters very well. Ever since it was formed, LA FEMME has been a mother/daughter club.) The last item on the agenda will be a lottery.

Mistress Dorothy will you please read the minutes of the last meeting. The minutes read, and approved, the Chair Mistress went on to the next piece of business. Will Mistress xandora please give us the slave recruitment committee report she said. Chair Mistress, and members, Mistress Xandora said, our slave recruitment has never been better. Since Ms. Athena has been posting stories on the EA web site, over fifty men have signed up to become our eunuch slaves. We are still sending out capture teams to places where men try to pick up women, and our run-a-way teenager pick up units have been very busy. Thank you Mistress Xandora for a fine report. Mistress Connie do you have the slave training committee report. Chair Mistress, and members with so many new slaves being recruited the training facilities are filled to capacity. We do have enough trained slaves ready for auction, so we will be scheduling one for our next meeting. However with the large influx the committee requests that as many Mistresses as possible join us. Thank you Mistress Connie for your report. Now I give you Mistress Alice. A beautiful young woman in her mid-twenties came out from behind the stage curtain, and took her place at the podium. Good evening ladies, she said. It is now time she says for the young ladies to claim their trophies, and become Mistresses. Ladies you may use any method you wish to emasculate your slaves. Once they are cut you will be a member Mistress of LA FEMME. Miss. Brenda you will be the first to entertain us. She went to her slave. Miss. Charlotte was the next young lady called upon to entertain the ladies, collect her trophy, and become a member Mistress. She went to her slave. Reaching under him, she took his ball sack in hand, ane twisted it till he screamed. Then she started to stroke his penis. He saw what had happened to the other slave. The next young lady to entertain the ladies, and so receive a trophy of the occasion, and become a member Mistress of LA FEMME was announced as Miss. Margaret. She went to her slave. She grabbed his ball sack, and twisted it till he screamed. He had seen what had happened to the other slaves before him. He knew he was going to lose his balls. But he still held out hope, so he begged her not to take them. He promised to give her anything she wanted if only she would not take his balls. She laughed at him. What can you give me, she said I already own you, so you have nothing to give me, your balls are mine to do with what I want. Then she took a razor blade, and made a slice in front of his sack from top to bottom. She squeezed out his left ball. Then she fingered it before cutting it free of his body. Next she squeezed out his right ball. She fingered it like she did with the left one, then cut it free. The ladies cheered and clapped as she turned her prizes over to the Chair Mistress to be put in a trophy bottle for her. She was now a member Mistress.

Miss. Theresa was the next young lady to entertain the ladies, and win her trophy, and title of Mistress. She went to her slave. Took his sack in hand squeezed it, and twister it till he screamed in pain. He too began to beg to keep his precious balls, as if any man’s balls have value to the ladies of LA FEMME, other than to become her trophy, or as a way to torture a man. She told him to shut up, emphasizing her point by a hard punch to his balls. She took a sharp knife, and made two slits in his scrotum. One on each side. Then she pulled his balls out of the slits so they hung by their tubes and veins on each side of his sack. Why in the world would you want to keep these puny things she said to him. I am doing you a favor by cutting them off. Then she laughed. She took the naked balls in her hand, and sliced they away from him to the cheers and applause of the ladies. They were put into her trophy bottle, and she was then a member Mistress.

The last young lady who would perform for the ladies in order to become a member Mistress was Miss. Rita. When the Chair Mistress introduced her, she said that she had left the best for last, and she wasn’t just saying that because Miss. Rita was her own daughter. Miss. Rita went to her slave. Like the rest he pleaded with her to let him keep his balls. She only smiled, as she took his sack in hand. She worked his balls down to the bottom of the sack, stretching the sack as much as she could. Then using her other hand she stabbed the top of his sack with her long, strong, razor sharp fingernails piercing it, and drawing blood. She lifted her bloody fingers to her lips, ans licked one of her fingers. Then she put her bloody fingers to his lips, and command him to lick the rest of his scrotal blood off them. Between sobs, he licked his blood off her fingers.

She returned her hand to his scrotum. Using her razor sharp thumbnail, she carefully sliced it off. Removing the sack left his balls hanging between his legs by their tubes, and veins. She took the sack, and stuffed it in his mouth, commanding him to chew, and swallow it. When he balked, she squeezed his exposed balls, till he complied. Then cupping one of his balls in each hand, she used her thumbnail to sever the tubes holding then to his body. The balls were put into her trophy bottle, and she was then a member Mistress of LA FEMME. By the time she finished her initiation there wasn’t a single lady in the audience who was not dripping wet between her legs. The cheers, and applause she was given were accompanied with the sounds of the ladies experiencing multiple climaxes.

The Chair Mistress then announced that there would be a one hour reception to welcome the new Mistresses in the side room, and that refreshments would be served. The curtain opened on an empty stage. Then one by one Mistress Alice led out the slaves on leashes attached to rings pierced through their scrotums. Each had his hands tied behind his back. A bandage was covering the place where his penis used to be. She had them kneel in a straight line facing the ladies. Then she put the end of their leashes in their mouths. She went to the podium where a large fish bowl was waiting with numbered cards inside. The reached into the bowl, mixed up the cards, took one out, and read the number printed on it. The lady whose number was called came to the stage. The leash of one of the slaves was given to her, and she led her new slave off. This was repeated five more times, until all six slaves had be given away.

The Chair Mistress took her place at the podium. Before adjourning this month’s meeting, she said, there are a couple of announcements. First, remember ladies that at next month’s meeting there will be a slave auction. Second, at next month’s meeting there will be a talk, and demonstration by Mistress Helen. The subject will be the advantages of giving your slaves toilet training as a means of breaking down their resistance. She then banged her gavel, and adjourned the meeting.
