Fat Man's Castration

Several weeks ago, one of my patients, Mr.__________, confided in me that he has been sexually frustrated for years. He is unable to find a partner due to his weight problem. (He is close to 400 pounds).

After thinking about this for awhile I decided that a quick and painless castration would be best for him. At first he was hesitant but he soon realized it was for the best. I have assisted in several such proceedures and knew i could do it well for the patient.

Over the week-end I met Mr.___ at the clinic. I prepared him for the proceedure and administered a sedative to relax him. After an hour or so in which we just chatted i helped him into a reclining chair to better support his weight. I injected a local anesthesia and waited for it to take effect.

He was nervous at first but I assured him everything would be fine and that after a few weeks or months at most he no longer will be frustrated.

The only real difficulty i encountered was geting to his genitals because of the large amounts of fat. However once i did it was quite simple for me to perform the proceedure. Using the tools i had often seen the Doctor use, i quickly cut open his scrotum and excised the testicles. They were somewhat smaller than i expected but came out easily and with no complications. Mr. ______ was now a eunuch.The entire castration was less than an hour.

Afterwards I told him he should rest that evening and the next day. Monday is his regular appointment day and I would make sure all is healing well. I explained about the hot flashes he may have.Left unsaid was the complete impotence that should be in place before too long and the reduction in size that will occur to his penis.

I have thought about Mr_______ often since I castrated him,and I feel a warm fondness for him. I hope we will remain friends.

As his nurse i will observe his penis becoming smaller and of course i know he will be impotent. But as a eunuch, he will not mind or care. And that is the point, isnt it?
