WOMAN CUTS OFF BROTHER'S TESTICLES A 49-year-old Romanian woman allegedly waited until her brother fell asleep, then chopped off his testicles with the bread knife to stop him getting frisky. Frasina Ciobanu said she was fed up with the suggestive remarks from Ioan, who's 47. He is now in intensive care at a hospital in their home town of Brasov. Frasina, who is 49, is being held in custody.
