I was told by the same male nurse who shaved me to sit on the table facing the guillotine. I did as I was told. When I sat on the table, the male nurse immediately grabbed my left ankle and secured it to the table. He than grabbed my right ankle and secured it as well.

He told me to put my arms over my head and put my hands together. When I did so he dropped a rope from the ceiling iover my wrists, secured them, and pulled them tight.

Once I was secure, he grabbed my penis and scrotum and placed them on a U-shaped holding device. Once they were in the device, he placed another U-shaped device on top of my penis and scrotum locking them together. Once my penis and scrotum were secured, the nurse placed a gag into my mouth. As he was doing this he stated that the noise of prisoners being castrated upset the other prisoners so this was a precaution.

After I was secured into the device I could see in front of me a large stainless steel blade. It was about 8 inches wide, 12 inches tall and looked like it weighed about 5 pounds. The nurse was raising the blade by pulling on a cord. He raised it to the height of about 2 feet. He said something about being sorry for what he was about to do but I was so engrossed in seeein the blade being raised,I didn't hear what he said. I looked at the blade being raised and finally realized that, at age 15, I was going to lose my cock AND my balls!!
