[WARNING]

I had my scrotum removed 2 years after my castration. This is a warning on what not to do if you are considering this type of modification

In 2000, i met a man in Las Vegas who had a meateotomy. At that time, although i was extremely interested in mods, i only had a pa. I decided that this was a good mod. One day at home, I took a siccors, stuck it through my piss slit and the pa hole, and simply cut a new meateotomy. A year passed, and I found BME. That's all it took, as I then began to cut the underside for a full subincision. Being one that didn't know when to quit, I then started cutting through the top of the head until i reached the crown. Well, at this point, I figured if people would get freaked out by my mods anyway, I may as well just do what i wanted to do and have it done with. So I continued down the shaft until I reached the base of my penis at the abdomen. For the next 5 years, I had thought of being castrated, but waivered back and forth, after all, this was a big step. I met a man that I knew was knowledgeable, and we talked about it for a few years.

I finally made arrangements to see him. I went to his house, and had a great time. We joked and laughed, and when it came time to say good bye to my testicle, I think I suprised him as I was already on the table with my legs spread before he was even ready to begin. That was an exciting day for me. He deadened the area as I watched propped up on some pillows. When he had my sac open, cut off the outter membrane of the testicle, clamped the cords, he handed me the knife and said, "you are going to make yourself a eunuch". With alot of excitment, and half erect, I took the knife and cut through the cords, making my own destiny as a eunuch. He then stitched everything that needed to be done, sewed me back up, and said "Congratualtions, you are now a eunuch". That was a great day, one which i will always remember and have not regrets.

After almost 2 years, I decided it was time that my sac join my testicle. As I laid back down on the table, I was excited that it was finally going to happen. In the years since my castration, my penis shrunk from 6 inches hard, to a mere 2 inches, and just about an inch soft.

He again deadened the area as I watched with excitment. I asked him this time, if he would used the disolvable sutures, as I was going back home and would be difficult for me to remove them once healed. He reluctantly agree'd.

After a time on the table, he looked at me with my severed scrotum in his hand. He explained the inner membrane of the sac that he had removed, and I was able to see a rather large hole, where once my balls and scrotum had been. After making sure everything stopped bleeding and it was safe to suture, he began the process of sewing me back up. What i wasn't prepared for, was the tension of the scrotum trying to retract, similar to when the scrotum gets cold and retracts pulling the testicles back up into the body. So when the anasthesia wore off, it was quite painful as the outter skin wanted to retract, pulling against the sutures. This caused some bleeding as it was pulling the sutures away from the body. What I didn't realize, as as the bleeding was leaking out, at the same time, it was disolving the sutures. I asked him about it, but at this point didn't think I could go through another session of being sutured with other type of sutures. I was hoping that the sutures would hold long enough to heal.

After a few days, I was home and still feeling the pain of the sutures starting to discolve and pull away. Finally, they all disintegrated, and I was left with a wide open hole. I tried pulling the skin together as much as possible and bandaging it up, but needless to say, I was scared. I ended up going to the emergency room, much to my embarrassment. The emergency room doc looked on in shock, said he didn't know what to do, so called in 2 young surgeons. After looking at it with mouths wide open, they shook their head and called in a urologist. When he arrived, he said the hole was open too long, and couldn't suture it anymore, as it was considered a "dirty wound" and sutureing it would only cause bacteria and infection to stay inside. So I was instructed to pack it with sterile gauze, ointment, and continue bandaging it up. I stayed in bed for about two weeks, as it was painful to get up. I went to the hospital a few times, just to make sure everything i was doing was alright. Other than the fact that my doc thought i was trying to kill myself, and didn't want to release me until i saw a psych, things were going alright. I was admitted to a room for a day, where the psych did come in to talk. After about 3 minuts, he said he didn't feel i needed a shrink, but advised me just not to cut anything else off.

It's been 3 weeks now, and the hole has shrunk to one about the size of a finger, and don't need to put the saline gauze in it anymore. My penis since castration, has gone from a man's dick of 6 inches hard, to 2 inches hard and 1 inch soft, but i'm hoping that it will continue to shrink.

For anyone considering this modification, all I can suggest is that you find a qualified person to do it, and DON'T use the disolvable sutures, no matter how convenient you think it may be. This is a big area, and subject to massive bleeding and infection, but the end result is fantastic. I was on antibiotics, pain pills and lots of vitamins. I'm happy with the end result, but would rather have not had to go through the pain of the sutures coming out.

I guess my only logical next step, should I decide, is to get rid of what's left of my tiny penis. Hope this helps in your decision to know what to watch for, should you do this type of modification
